OneWeb Technologies Joins the Satellite Industry Association

Washington, D.C., December 21, 2021 – The Satellite Industry Association (SIA) today announced that OneWeb Technologies (OWT), a US-based subsidiary of OneWeb and a global provider of satellite communications services to organizations and governments, is the newest member of SIA.

In September, OneWeb Technologies was formed following the completion of the acquisition of Trustcomm by OneWeb.  The resulting subsidiary is focused on providing governments of the “Five Eyes” alliance (U.S., U.K. Canada, Australia, and New Zealand); NATO; the U.N. and other strategic partners and commercial customers with global satellite services including next-generation LEO satellite connectivity.  The Company also maintains a satellite teleport ground station in Houston, TX to provide highly resilient, secure solutions to its customers.
