Omnispace Joins the Satellite Industry Association
Washington, D.C., June 10, 2019 – The Satellite Industry Association today announced that Omnispace has joined SIA as its latest Member Company. Omnispace is integrating the global footprint of a NGSO satellite constellation with the mobile wireless networks of the world’s leading telecom companies into a seamless “one global network”, to deliver a global 5G network optimized for mobile communications.
The Company adapts wireless technology to integrate satellite with terrestrial networks using 3GPP standards and provide leading mobile operators with global connectivity solutions. By employing technology that enables support of 5G protocols and devices, Omnispace will deliver reliable, scalable, affordable solutions for mobile users worldwide.
