Kaman Precision Products Joins SIA
Washington, D.C., January 22, 2020 – The Satellite Industry Association (SIA) today announced that Kaman Precision Products (Kaman), a division of Kaman Aerospace Corporation, has joined SIA as its newest Affiliate Member. Kaman is a leader in the design and production of high-performance, precision non-contact position measuring systems including high precision sensors used by the satellite industry.
The Company’s KD-5100+ differential measurement system provides resolution to a nanometer of positional change. It is designed for night vision systems, precision telescope positioning, fast steering mirrors (FSM) for space-based and airborne applications, and image stabilization systems.
