Georgia Reynolds – Director of Policy

As Director of Policy, Georgia serves as the lead staff person for SIA’s policy Working Groups and supports the work of the Association across its key policy priorities, including satellite regulations, spectrum, telecommunications, remote sensing, and space sustainability. She works with SIA Member Companies to develop consensus positions on policy, legislative, and regulatory issues, representing the Association and advocating for those positions before the U.S. Government and in venues such as industry events and panels.

Prior to SIA, Georgia advised decision makers on spectrum governance and policy in both the U.S. and New Zealand. She supported the Department of Defense’s Electromagnetic Spectrum Policy and Programs team, and previously served as a Policy Advisor on New Zealand’s Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment’s Radio Spectrum Policy and Planning team.

Georgia holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
